BYRS Prod.LLC Production Schedule

Sins of the Father

Primary operating capital ($400k) will be sought after gaining certified film production status in the state of Louisiana targeting primarily accredited tax credit investors. A premium return will be offered to initial investors and remaining credits  (acquired through budget submission through the state Film Commission) will be sold at market trade values.

Top sheet will be adhered to with the primary goal of shooting under budget and extending investments through the use of wage deferrals, point awarding, and producer profit shares. Where possible crew will be acquired for standard food/copy/credit. Relationship development with top crew (DP, writer, director, exec. producer) will be primary focus with the objective of gaining deferrals in wages with an exchange of points and perks.

BYRS LLC will not be signing with WGA or DGA to reduce crew operating costs. SAG will be signed with under a micro-budget determination until final funds are acquired.

Misercordia

Total film production ($100k) will be funded by Armando Fierro as secondary film joint with Roger Corman.  Primary filming assistant crew will be sent to scout locations and run casting calls. WGA, DGA, and SAG will not be signed with and crew will be hired on $100/day plus food/copy/title credit.

Lead/Top roles will be placed from BYRS and from Corman crew selection. Foreign market distribution is guaranteed.

Kill The Dragon

Treatment, development, and adaptation of this script will be geared toward major distribution with mid-level production and option with hold back of production and writer edits and title credit. The goal with this feature film is expansion of BYRS Productions, LLC and major engagement and development.
